Instructions: For Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave at full power in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached
For Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours prior to use.
Product Care: Washable! The durable outer sleeve is easily removed, ensuring that you can clean your bag as often as you desire. To keep your bag clean and refreshed, simply remove the sleeve and wash on a delicate cycle, in cold water. To dry, lay the sleeve out flat. Please do not place the actual rice bag in the wash.
Pro Tip: Over time, the scent in your Aromatherapy Rice Bag will fade, but fear not! Simply refresh by placing a few drops of the desired essential oil on the removable insert.
