Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped! Please allow 3-5 days for order processing prior to shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Our shipping boxes, as well as the crinkle paper that will be used to keep your product safe during transport, are 100% recyclable (even the stickers!). If your package comes in a mailer bag, it is compostable. Just remember to remove the shipping label and toss it in your recycling before you throw the mailer in the compost!

Calgary & Surrounding Area

Delivery (1-3 Days): $10

Flat Rate Shipping (Nationwide - excluding Newfoundland)

Regular (3-10 Business Days): $23

Express (2-8 Business Days): $30

 

Flat Rate Shipping (Newfoundland Only)

Regular (up to 11 business days): $30

Express (3-10 Business Days): $37

Return & Exchange Policy

Communication is the key. If you are unhappy with your product, we ask that you communicate openly with us to help us understand why you’re  not happy and how our products can be better. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at livegreen@dreaminggreenboutique.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will be happy to evaluate your return and if approved, we will issue a store credit within 30 days of the receipt of your return, sent to your email on file. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Store Credits

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit, sent to your email on file.
